I have been working with computer technology of all sorts since 1995, when, at the age of 13, I began repairing and building my own computer systems. I have since dedicated many years to learning about the art of computer programming.
I began my college studies in Information Technology at Blackhawk Technical College, in southern Wisconsin, in 2009. In 2010, following instructor and staff recommendations, I was hired by Blackhawk Technical College to assist in tutoring, and mentoring, first and second year students, in the Information Technology Web/Analyst Programmer program.
I received a Special Recognition Award from Blackhawk Technical College in April 2011, for maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and consistently remaining on the President’s list, while helping to tutor and mentor other students at the college.
I received a promotion to the Student Services Department at Blackhawk Technical College in 2012, where I managed the computer helpdesk lab, and worked as a lab assistant.
After graduating from Blackhawk Technical College, I decided to continue my studies at Upper Iowa University, where I am currently working on finishing my BS degree in Computer Science-Information Technology.
I have extensive management experience, starting at the age of 18, when I was promoted to Closing Manager, at Taco Bell. In 2004, I obtained a private security license from the State of Wisconsin, and began working at Advanced Security Inc., as a security officer. Within a year, I was promoted to the rank of Corporal. Soon after, I was promoted to Sergeant, and then to Lead Field Sergeant.
In 2006, I started working for Cousins Subs Inc., where I was promoted to General Manager. In 2008, started working for SoapByMom, a small manufacturing, and marketing business, where I ran the retail location. In 2012, I started working for Paul Revere’s Pizza, as a delivery driver, and, about a year later, was managing the restaurant, and other drivers.
In 2016, I opened my own Amazon business, and, in 2017, I started working as a freelance content writer, and am currently working on starting a computer science training business.
I’m also a Lead Administrator for a mental illness support group, which has over 150,000 members, as well as a published author and crime reporter for Edgerton Police Dept., Rock County Sheriff, Dane County Sheriff, and Jefferson County Sheriff, in Wisconsin.
